Um, I know media likes to paint Kate Winslet as plump, frequently lumping her in with other supposed hefty celebs like Drew Barrymore and Liv Tyler (who can forget the bizarre Details article, “Why Fat is Back in Hollywood,” citing actresses that included boyishly lean Evangeline Lilly?). But the no-bigger-than-a-size-6 woman ain’t the female Jack Black.
Sure, funny goes a long way. In reality, Jude Law would be a pain in the ass, but the trade doesn’t really seem fair by Hollywood standards. I felt bad enough for Winslet when they paired her with buffoon Jim Carrey (who thankfully, played a low-key role) in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. What’s next, old-enough-to-be-her-dad, Robin Williams? At least he’s not fat, I suppose.

I’ve probably said this before, but Rachael Ray strikes me as having features of dwarfism. She’s not abnormally short, but she has a bulbous, stubby quality about her. Maybe she should hook up with Jack Black, especially now that her husband supposedly has a spit fetish.
